Loves,

Welcome to this week’s #LightTalk based on Chapter 9 of Awakening The Light Warrior Within. Today we’re talking about our core beliefs and how they shape the world we see. Whether we chose to believe we are being tested or shown the areas we still need to heal.

Ultimately the work we are here to do when these patterns, situations, and relationships resurface in our lives is ask ourselves what still hurts? What wounds still need further healing and love? And so we’re talking about asking for what we want and need, boundaries, values and our principles.

Have a seat and let’s dive in.
