You are worthy.
You are worthy no matter your shape, size, color, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, or race.
You are worthy.
There are no molds you need to fit into, no stereotypes or labels you need to confirm to.
You are worthy, just as you are.
You are whole, complete, and perfect, just as you are.
Stereotypes, labels, and molds are created out of lack and a need for validation, for connection.
Looking for a box to fit into, an identity to strive to or hustle for. Looking for a place we belong.
But you belong only to yourself, nowhere else.
You can’t create a system based on lack without spreading more lack. Without creating a ripple effect causing people to feel more lack, more deficient, more unworthy.
Labels created to classify us will always create more exclusion and ambiguity as to where we belong, who we are, and who we should be.
Your worth is attached to none of it.
Not the boxes, not the labels, not the expectations of others or society.
You are worthy.
Your worth is inherent. You were born worthy and that never changes.
You get to be worthy of love, belonging, and connection, just for showing up.
