Every meditation track was inspired by the struggles I see my
clients facing time and time again.
One of the biggest obstacles I heard repeatedly is lack of time or not knowing where to start, or what to do. If you’ve never meditated before the thought can seem daunting. I mean, do you just sit there? Do you need to light incense and chant mantras? What if you can’t clear your mind?
So I’ve made this simple and accessible. All of the meditation tracks are under 15 minutes, so you can do them whenever you need to. Download them to you phone, tablet, or laptop. Use them first thing in the morning, on your lunch break, or at night while winding down for bed.
These meditations will help you practice forgiveness, nurture a deeper and more loving relationship with yourself, reduce stress, and clear the blocks preventing you from manifesting your dreams.
